Virtual Reality Modeling Language (VRML) - General
There are a number of ways to view our historic vrml worlds. You can use any vrml plug-in that supports vrml 2.0. A plug-in is a helper application that works in tandem with your browser enabling you to view a particular file type, in this case wrl files. When your plug-in is setup you can navigate these worlds and interact with the objects found in them.

Historic Province House
Take a virtual tour of Province House or the Colonial Building as it was known in 1864. Most objects are hyper linked to information on Province House, Confederation and Canadian History. Walk along Great George Street in 1864. One of the most historic streets in Canada. All buildings and objects are hyper-linked to information on the respective building and it's history as well as on various aspects of Island life and culture circa 1864.
